Counseling for Relationship Issues

For relationship issues, you can have counseling as a pair or as an individual. As well as with couples, I have worked with siblings, parents and adult children, friend pairs, and people in untraditional relationships.

My approach in this area is solutions-focused. I help you identify your feelings and your options for handling conflicts. I ask you to think about what you can do to improve a relationship, rather than solely focusing on what your loved one can do.

My practice is GLBTQIAP+-friendly and culturally sensitive. I respect your background and beliefs.

If you're "single" and want that to change, I can help you identify what qualities you're seeking, what you have to offer, and how to find a person who's a good fit.

If you're grieving the loss of a relationship, I can help you find solace and support.
